Please carefully read the following terms of use before using any of the services, buying any products provided in this website. By using our website, you have agreed to the following;

1. Pricing

Prices and shipping, handling and postage costs may change without notice. We reserve the right to periodically review the prices and adjust them according to our existing business condition.

2. Availability

All the products ordered with confirmed payment will be processed within 1-3 business days. However, due to the exclusive nature, timing and cost involved in making the products, it is possible that more than one customers place an order for the same product(s) at the same time more than the quantity we have on stock. In such case, we shall apply the first-come-first-serve basis and process the orders received first. We will contact buyers of unprocessed orders and you have options to either cancel the order and get a full refund or hold the deposit with us for delivery at a later date when the product becomes available.
 
3. Cancellation of order

Orders, once placed, can be cancelled as follow:

Before making payment you can cancel your order at no cost. After making payment if you want to cancel your order within 24 hours it will attract fees of 5% of the total order value plus AUD5 to cover our administrative costs.

If an order is cancelled after 24 hours when the payment is made and before shipping, 80% of the total amount ordered less AUD5 will be refunded.

Cancellations are not accepted after shipping. The buyer may make a written request for the refund explaining the reason for cancellation. Any refund will then be our sole discretion.

In the event that the product(s) ordered are not in stock or cannot be made available for any reason (as described in 2), a full refund will be made.


4. Refund and exchange

If the buyer is not fully satisfied with the purchased goods for any reason, the goods can be returned to us in the original condition within 5 days of receipt at buyer's shipping costs.

If you want to exchange to equal or higher price order you can also returned the purchased goods at original condition. Actual shipping costs will be charged for both exchanged and returned products.

5. Tax

All the prices are inclusive of GST/VAT.
