1. Select and add products

There are "Add to Basket" buttons underneath each product. You just need to click once to add product to your basket. After clicking, one box will appear to confirm that selected product was added. You can add more products by just clicking "Add to Basket" button under other items. 

2. View your basket

You can view your basket by just clicking the "Basket" button placed on every page on the left-down corner. This is to provide an easy and quick reference to view the ordered items and to make necessary changes. After clicking "Basket" button your basket will appear and you can change/delete your product(s), continue shopping or place an order.

3. Add more product, modify quantity and cancel selected item

To add more products you just need to click "Add to Basket" buttons underneath each product. You can also modify quantity or remove an item or cancel by clicking the "Basket" button placed on every page on the left-down corner and using the given options in the appeared basket. After modifying or removing please click "update" button in the basket.

 4. Place an order

After selecting your product(s), you can place an order by clicking order form link on the top menu on each page or by clicking order button in your basket located at the bottom-left corner on every page.

5. Shipping information

The quoted price includes VAT/GST. Shipping is free and most of the orders are processed within 1-2 days after receiving your payment. Transportation time varies from destinations.

The embroidery painting will be packed in cardboard boxes or rolled into cardboard tubes depending on the quantity ordered. Greeting cards will be sent with envelope and all other items will come in cardboard boxes with proper protection.

The products worth more than AUD50 (USD40, EUR 30) are shipped by Registered post to ensure safe delivery.
